Belt-driven axial fans are ideal for environments where the air may contain dust or moisture, operate at high temperatures, or require adjustable fan speeds.
The impeller is directly keyed onto the bearing unit shaft and driven by belts enclosed within a tunnel, which isolates them from the air stream. External lubrication points are easily accessible for maintenance. The motor is mounted on an adjustable platform.
Our innovative design features the motor positioned outside the casing, ensuring both safety and efficiency. The drive bearing and belts are housed within a tunnel, further enhancing performance by isolating them from the airstream. The impeller is mounted on a precision-machined shaft, with the front bearing strategically placed behind the hub of the impeller to shield it from direct airflow. This design can withstand maximum air temperatures of up to 110℃.
For a comprehensive solution, we offer a range of ancillaries such as spigot flanges, inlet bell mouths , casing feet, and flexible connections. Additionally , we can customize non-standard arrangements or special fans to providing tailored solutions that ensure optional performance and reliability.
