Exhaust fan is a type of axial flow fan. Mainly used in negative pressure ventilation and cooling projects, it is called industrial exhaust fan. The exhaust fan has the characteristics of a large air duct, a large fan blade diameter, a large exhaust volume, ultra-low energy consumption, low speed, and low noise.

When used together with a cooling water curtain, it can solve ventilation and cooling problems in one fell swoop. During the operation of the exhaust fan, a negative pressure environment will be formed indoors. If a cooling water curtain is installed on the wall on the other side of the exhaust fan outlet, the exhaust fan will not only exhaust the hot and humid indoor air outside, but also draw in low-temperature air rich in water vapor through the cooling water curtain, thus achieving the effect of ventilation and cooling.

Ventilation principle

During the process of exhaust fan expelling air outward, it will cause a decrease in indoor air pressure, resulting in a thinning of indoor air and the formation of a negative pressure zone. The air will flow into the room due to the pressure difference compensation. In practical applications of industrial plants, exhaust fans are usually installed centrally on one side of the plant, with the air inlet on the other side of the plant. Air flows through the air inlet to the exhaust fan to form a convective blow. During this process, the doors and windows near the exhaust fan remain closed, forcing air to flow into the workshop through the compensating doors and windows on the intake side. The air flows into the workshop in an orderly manner through the air intake, passes through the workshop, and is expelled from the workshop by the exhaust fan. Thorough and efficient ventilation, with a ventilation rate of up to 99%. Through specific engineering design and the design of ventilation rates and wind speeds as needed, any high heat, harmful gases, dust or smoke can be quickly discharged from the workshop, and any ventilation problems can be completely solved in one go. The ventilation effect can be achieved within a few seconds of turning on the fan.

Cooling principle

The exhaust fan can quickly exhaust the hot and humid indoor air, and suck the air from the other side of the outside into the room to reach a temperature that is equal to the outside temperature, so as not to raise the temperature inside the workshop. During the process of air flow, it takes away human body heat, accelerates sweat evaporation, and absorbs human body heat, making the human body feel cool and achieving the same coolness as natural wind.
